As we continue expanding throughout Minneapolis, MN, we're looking for outgoing, motivated, and ambitious individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Brand Representatives.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer relations, and brand development while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Represent client campaigns and organizations through face-to-face marketing and promotional initiatives
- Engage directly with customers in established retail locations to build awareness and generate interest
- Communicate campaign information, answer questions, and create positive customer experiences
- Support customer acquisition, sales, and outreach efforts
- Assist with executing promotional campaigns designed to increase visibility and engagement
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional and engaging interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, marketing, sales, and leadership development
- Track customer interactions and campaign results to support continued growth
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic representation of our clients
