Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to client properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining security standards.
- Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while representing TriCorps with professionalism.
- Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and facilities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or security incidents, coordinating with management or local authorities as needed.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks and address safety concerns.
- Prepare accurate reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Support management and client directives to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
- Remain alert, observant, and proactive throughout each shift.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate calm judgment and professionalism in all interactions.
- Uphold TriCorps’ standards of integrity, reliability, and service excellence.
- Positions available in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas.
- Full-time and part-time shifts available, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
