Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to client properties while ensuring authorized entry.
- Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while maintaining a professional presence.
- Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or security-related incidents.
- Conduct patrols and observe activities to deter unauthorized behavior or safety concerns.
- Prepare accurate reports documenting daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Support management and client requests to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
- Remain alert and observant throughout each shift to ensure proactive awareness of surroundings.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate calm judgment and professionalism in all situations.
- Uphold TriCorps’ standards of integrity, reliability, and service excellence.
- Positions available in Seguin, Texas and surrounding areas.
- Full-time and part-time shifts available, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
