Title- Receptionist III
Location- 760 Pittsburgh Drive Delaware, OH 43015
Duration- 6 Months contract on W2
Rate: $20/hr
Shift- Mon - Fri 7:30am-4pm with a ½ hour unpaid lunch.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with plant security and safety procedures.
- Maintain visitor log and issue badges following company access control policies.
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, conference rooms, appointments, tours, and lunches.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
- Ensure all visitors complete required safety orientation before entering production areas.
- Communicate emergency procedures and direct visitors during drills or incidents.
- Liaise with HR for onboarding activities and employee events.
- Support procurement and maintenance teams with document handling and vendor coordination.
