Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Being the single point of contact in the field for customers having accountability for project outcomes.
- Ensuring that all customer and Company Safety Policies and Procedures are being followed.
- Contract Management being your focus of work. Understanding the terms & conditions, work scope, cost constraints, schedule, and job cost tracking.
- Coordinate field activities & crew assignments as needed to maintain efficiency & schedule.
- Complete required Daily Field Reports, assist PM with development of lookahead schedules, budgets, forecasting (resource, cost & schedule) as needed to ensure positive outcomes for the company and clients.
- Complete required Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, eg. include weld mapping, pressure testing reports, torque reports, concrete pour forms, coating reports.
- Change Order Management - identify change orders, collaborate with PM/Estimator to determine cost/price, assist PM as required to present to client, ensure approval is received prior to starting additional work.
- RFI - present new RFI, communicate RFI response to operations staff to guarantee compliance.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 5 years industrial construction experience.
- Civil, Mechanical and Welding Experience preferred.
- OSHA / MSHA Safety Training
Salary: $66,000 DOE
