Software Engineer – Salesforce

Summary

This role involves developing, testing, and supporting Salesforce-based applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The focus will be on delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions and continuously improving development and deployment processes.

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant professional experience (typically 3 years overall).
• Software development experience with the ability to design and build clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Hands-on Salesforce development experience including Lightning Web components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce Administration.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, engineers) to gather requirements and deliver business-focused solutions.
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests, as well as debugging moderately complex applications.
• Experience supporting deployed applications including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with minimal downtime.
• Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation for applications, deployment processes, and system configurations.
• Willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement of development and deployment processes.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience automating software deployment processes using internal platforms, tools, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Front-end and back-end development experience using JavaScript frameworks including React.js and Node.js.
• Experience in Java and mobile application development.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar development and project tracking tools.
• 1 year of Cloud-native development experience using AWS, Microsoft Azure, or a comparable Cloud platform.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification.
