This role will focus on Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle EPM Cloud, Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS), and related Oracle SaaS applications. This Oracle Financial Business Analyst will work closely with Finance and IT teams to improve financial processes, support system functionality, and ensure smooth platform operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Financials and Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS).
- Partner with Finance and IT teams to gather business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Improve financial close, reconciliation, and reporting processes through system updates and workflow improvements.
- Assist with testing, integrations, troubleshooting, and production support across Oracle Cloud applications.
- Write basic PL/SQL queries, perform data analysis, and support data mapping across Oracle systems.
- Maintain system documentation and support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, patches, and release activities.
- 5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials (including at least one implementation preferred).
- Experience supporting Oracle EPM Cloud, ARCS, SmartView, and other Oracle SaaS applications.
- Solid understanding of financial operations including general ledger, consolidations, and account reconciliations.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and support functional system improvements.
- Experience with PL/SQL queries, Oracle data structures, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
