Requirements
- Strong enterprise architecture, business architecture, or enterprise applications architecture experience.
- Experience documenting current-state architecture across complex business systems or application ecosystems.
- Ability to map business capabilities, application components, data flows, integrations, and system dependencies.
- Experience working with legacy, proprietary, or highly customized application environments.
- Strong stakeholder-facing skills with the ability to lead discovery sessions and SME interviews.
- Ability to translate technical and application details into business-facing architecture documentation.
- Experience creating architecture diagrams or artifacts used for impact analysis, modernization planning, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of how business processes, applications, data, and integrations connect across an enterprise.
- Consulting mindset with the ability to walk into an undefined environment, ask the right questions, organize information, and produce a usable deliverable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
- Experience with ERP, HCM, project management, timekeeping, billing, payroll, document management, or enterprise file management systems.
- Experience supporting application rationalization, business transformation, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise file management systems such as Egnyte.
