Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, production-ready enterprise solutions with a strong focus on AI-driven architectures and Microsoft platforms.
- Provide technical leadership for complex AI agent ecosystems while strengthening governance, delivery quality, and architectural maturity across teams.
- Translate enterprise architectural principles and roadmaps into detailed, scalable solution designs that support active initiatives.
- Design and document end-to-end architectures including integration, deployment, security, and non-functional requirements.
- Lead implementation of enterprise AI agent systems and modern integration patterns across ERP, CRM, data platforms, and custom applications.
- Define and standardize API, data flow, and integration approaches while modernizing legacy interfaces.
- Prepare architectural option analyses, present recommendations to governance forums, and document approved decisions.
- Support innovation initiatives, including AI, automation, and Cloud-native solutions, translating pilot outcomes into reusable standards and patterns.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, QA, Security, and Operations teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, testable, and operable.
- Mentor engineers and emerging architects to strengthen architectural discipline and solution quality.
- Promote delivery excellence by improving coding standards, DevOps pipeline alignment, risk mitigation, and overall implementation quality.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex enterprise solutions with strong integration and non-functional design expertise.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET, REST APIs, Angular, SQL, X , Git, and Azure DevOps build and release pipelines.
- Experience with modern Cloud and data platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Synapse, and Azure-based services.
- Working knowledge of Python or similar back-end technologies and applied AI platforms.
- Solid understanding of enterprise systems architecture, relational data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Experience operating within Agile environments and leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder facilitation, and organizational skills.
