A major construction company is currently seeking a Construction Project Administrator near Culver City, CA.Employment Type: Long-term TEMPLocation: Los Angeles, CA (near Culver City area)Pay rate: $20~$25/hr (DOE)Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Requirements of the Construction Project Administrator:Associate degree preferred2 years of administrative experienceProficient in computer systems (Microsoft Suites: Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)Excellent oral and written communication skillsGreat attention to detail, organized, and ability to multitask.Team player, collaborative, innovative, and customer service oriented.Certification of Notary plusAble to lift up to 25 pounds Responsibilities of the Construction Project Administrator:Welcome visitors and assist with check-in using the visitor management system.Answer and route calls from the main phone line.Provide administrative support to executives and multiple departments (Estimating, Marketing, Operations).Maintain and update the regional calendar, manage conference room bookings, and arrange meeting refreshments.Draft and manage routine correspondence.Oversee office equipment and supplies, including inventory, ordering, and service scheduling.Process weekly payroll and invoices.Handle daily mail distribution.Manage building security access, parking, and federal base badging, including maintaining related spreadsheets.Coordinate travel and lodging for staff and assist with special event planning.Administer company fleet compliance (registration, inspections, insurance) and track vehicle assignments.Support new hire onboarding through UKG Onboarding.Additional administrative work may also be assigned Job Administrator, Project Administration, Construction, Receptionist, Data Entry, Invoicing, Payroll, Logistics, Administrative Assistant, Executive Support, Office supply management, Company DescriptionFor over twenty years, TriCom Quest has been a leader in the employment consultant industry, providing staffing services for both employers and job seekers, at virtually every level - from entry to executive.
