Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that address industry trends and student needs.
- Deliver lectures and practical demonstrations in a professional and engaging manner.

Qualifications:
- Active State of Indiana Esthetician License required.
- Active State of Indiana Educator License required
- Experience in the beauty industry, particularly in esthetics, is highly desirable.
- Prior teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide effective instructions.
- A genuine passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
