Your Role:
As an Esthetics Teacher, you will take on the essential responsibility of shaping the next generation of beauty experts. You will deliver comprehensive instruction in skincare, makeup artistry, and various beauty treatments, equipping students with the skills necessary to succeed in a competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical training in skincare and makeup techniques.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster growth.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Stay updated on industry standards and enhance the curriculum as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active Educator License in the State of Illinois
- Experience in the esthetics field, with extensive knowledge of skincare and makeup practices.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but not strictly required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students in their beauty careers.
- Monday through Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm cst

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
