Your Role:
As a Substitute Esthetics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and providing hands-on instruction in the absence of the regular teacher. You will help students develop essential skills in esthetics, including skincare techniques, makeup application, and professional practices, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement lesson plans and instructional activities consistent with the established curriculum.
- Facilitate engaging class discussions and hands-on practice sessions.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Esthetics license in the state of Indiana.
- Must also possess a valid Beauty of Culture Educator License from the state of Indiana.
- Experience in the esthetics field is preferred.
- Prior teaching or substitute teaching experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students in the beauty industry.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
