Role Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students via phone, email, and social media channels to provide program information and admissions guidance
• Conduct one-on-one interviews to understand students' goals and recommend suitable programs
• Explain admissions policies, enrollment procedures, and financial aid options clearly and effectively
• Assist applicants with completing necessary documentation to secure their placement
• Maintain accurate records to track prospective student interactions and admissions status
• Work closely with the Financial Aid department to support student funding needs
• Attend and coordinate recruitment events to promote Tricoci University's programs
• Establish and nurture relationships with local high schools and community organizations to enhance recruitment efforts
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, admissions advising, recruiting, or sales roles preferred
• Knowledge or strong interest in the beauty industry is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with diverse individuals

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr.
