Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily campus functions to achieve excellent student outcomes and business goals
- Foster a positive and collaborative campus culture focused on student and staff success
- Monitor campus performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Manage budget and payroll, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Ensure compliance with NACCAS, state, and federal regulations
- Build relationships with the local community and industry partners to enhance the university's reputation
- Lead and develop campus staff, facilitating professional growth and performance management
- Organize and coordinate student events to enhance their education and experience
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of campus operations and student performance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven leadership experience in an educational setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster a collaborative environment
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management
- Proficient in computer applications and data management
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate campus needs
