Machine operator experience is preferred but not required, as we provide extensive training. We are currently looking for a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, 4 days 1:30pm - 11:30pm and a 3rd Shift Machine Operator, 4 days 10:00pm - 8:00am.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
- Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
- Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
Qualifications:
- Familiarity working with tools and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Able to tolerate seasonally high temperatures for a limited exposure
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a desire to be part of a team
