What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cardiac Sonographer position at TriceHealthcare?
Job Summary:
Performs and interprets preliminary non-invasive cardiac studies. This includes but not limited to 2D and M Mode echocardiography, stress echocardiography and other outpatient services as needed. Responsible for preparing and interpreting quality studies for physicians. Performs all outpatient cardiac testing as ordered by the medical staff, non-invasive vascular monitoring, stress echocardiography and assists with TEE.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
- 3 years experience in echocardiogram technician position and/or related experience Required.
- Reg Cardiac Sonographer Required or Reg Diag Cardiac Sonographer Required.
Pay: $55.00 - $61.00 per hour
Experience:
- Cardiac Sonography: 3 years (Required)
- Stress Echocardiography: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- RDCS (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
