ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Community Manager, you are the mayor of this residential community and responsible for the financial success. You do this by having an aptitude for property management operations, procedures and optimizing income and the bottom line of the P&L.

  • Use your high energy to hire, train, and motivate your team – all while minimizing disagreements and misconduct to achieve the ultimate level of synergy
  • Provide guidance to team and residents, remaining calm and using good judgment to find solutions
  • Relate well to all types of personalities – even if they seem to come from a totally different planet
  • Enjoy running your own mini-empire like a true business leader
  • Know how to prepare budgets to ensure expenses don’t exceed funds is a no-brainer

Education/Training
  • 2 years in a Property Manager Position required
  • Dynamic team leader, communicator & listener
  • Expert time management, self-starter, and organizational skills
  • Recognized designation in property management such as NALP, CAM, CPM, CAPS
The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
