Tribute Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our beautiful community Riverstone at Long Shoals in Arden, NC, which includes an established property with a lease-up addition. Unit Count: 352 amp; 118
Your Role:
- Keep the Community Running Smoothly: Perform daily maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general property upkeep
- Diagnose and Repair Issues: Tackle maintenance requests efficiently and ensure apartments and common areas remain in excellent condition.
- Prepare Apartment Homes for Move-In: Complete apartment turns that create a clean, welcoming home for new residents.
- Protect the Community's Assets: Conduct preventative maintenance to help maintain a safe, attractive, and well-functioning property.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge: 1 years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Hands-On: Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
- Certified: HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus. If you don't have an EPA, we'll provide the training to get certified within 90 days!
- Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday. On-call duty rotation required.
- Trustworthy: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Pay: The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $24 to $26 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
