Job Title: Recruitment Manager Full-Time Position

Tribe Clinical Research is seeking an experienced and highly organized Recruitment Manager for preparing recruitment strategies for TCR trials in addition to serving as a liaison to study sponsors. This position requires someone with at least 5 years of experience working closely with study sponsors conducting clinical research.

Accountabilities:

• Manage recruitment for TCR trials.
• Protocol Review
• Data Mining
• Site Selection Visit: potential patient numbers
• Site Initiation Visit: be prepared with recruitment plan
• Mine available data bases to identify potential study participants.
• Collaborate with coordinators to place interested patients in a new trial as they finish trials or screen fail.
• Speak with patients about participation in clinical research studies.
• Communicate with Providers to update them on their patient’s trial status.
• Prepare and send monthly collaborating provider newsletters.

Physical Requirements: Requires sitting, standing, and walking associated with a normal clinical research / physician office environment.
