Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our water products, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic upselling. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of pricing strategies, and the ability to navigate route driving and commercial deliveries confidently.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to expand sales opportunities
  • Present product offerings clearly, emphasizing benefits and value propositions
  • Conduct route driving to deliver products efficiently while maintaining safety standards
  • Engage in upselling techniques to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction
  • Manage pricing negotiations and ensure accurate billing aligned with company policies
  • Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure product displays meet company standards
  • Handle heavy lifting during deliveries, adhering to safety protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring repeat business
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and improve overall efficiency

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a delivery or beverage industry
  • Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and sales principles
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during product deliveries
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse customers
  • Solid organizational skills for managing routes and schedules effectively
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions, route calculations, and inventory management
  • Familiarity with merchandising standards and route driving logistics
  • Military experience is considered an asset due to discipline and organizational skills
