Role Description The Leadership Development Advisor is a contract role based in Dallas, TX, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for both on-site engagement and work from home. This role involves designing and delivering leadership development programs, including workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions for individuals and teams. The Advisor will assess client needs, develop tailored learning plans, and facilitate experiential learning activities that support leadership growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group coaching, analyzing program effectiveness, refining curriculum, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance Tribe&Trust’s leadership offerings. The Advisor will also contribute to thought leadership by providing insights on emerging leadership trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess leadership capabilities, interpret feedback data, and measure program impact.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly and facilitate engaging group discussions.
- Demonstrated experience in training and adult learning, including planning and delivering workshops and seminars.
- Proven coaching skills for guiding individuals and teams through leadership challenges and development plans.
- Experience in program development, including designing, structuring, and iterating leadership curricula or learning pathways.
- Background in leadership development, organizational development, human resources, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing on-site sessions in Dallas, TX and remote responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; advanced certifications in coaching or leadership development are a plus.
