Job Summary:
The Production Associate is responsible for a variety of production duties for this company. This role is responsible for operating a production line to fulfill production requirements. The ideal candidate will pay high attention to detail and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, occasional weekend work, and overtime may be required.
1st Shift: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm, flexible start times.
2nd Shift: 3 pm – 11 pm, flexible start times.
3rd Shift: 11 pm – 7 am, flexible start times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production stations, sort and stack finished products on any line
- Communicate any issues or changes in production or quality to a supervisor or lead personnel
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for line equipment and complete cleaning as needed.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in all production areas
- Responsible for checking the quality of the products placed on the line
- Ensure production runs efficiently and safely
- Assist with documenting and reporting production logs
- Ensure proper quality procedures are followed
- Clean machine, wipe conveyor belt, and perform other daily and weekly clean-up responsibilities
- Participate in continuous improvement processes
- Other job duties as needed
