What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at Hallman Lindsay Paints LLC?
JOB OVERVIEW: The Mixer is responsible for completing daily production tasks to meet production goals and deadlines.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for manufacturing paint batches following a formula accurately.
· Identify the accurate use of all raw materials needed to manufacture each batch of product. Make adjustments as needed.
· Provides samples of completed batches to quality department for routine quality checks.
· Assists in restocking raw materials.
- Daily clean-up duties can include sweeping, taking out trash, etc. to ensure that the workstation is kept in clean and safe condition.
- Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
- Follow instructions given by the Lead or Supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Production experience preferred.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel frequently.
- Must be able to traverse the production facility.
