This position will be responsible for supporting and assisting an office team of 10 in order to improve the overall organization and staff's job performance in the areas of; marketing, sales, finance, event planning, production, management and beyond. General coordination and office maintenance will also be required. Desired experience includes knowledge of typical office systems and a minimum of three years work experience preferred in an administrative or coordinator role. High attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills is a must. Must be comfortable using various office tools, learning new software tools and working primarily on a computer. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite is a must. General knowledge of bookkeeping including processing invoices/accounts receivable and handling billing/payables will be required.
