Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the Plant Manager, Plant Superintendent, and Sales Manager, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and effective communication across the organization. This role requires discretion, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Serve as a primary point of contact between front office senior managers and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with project coordination and administrative support for company initiatives
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking as needed
- Support event planning, including company meetings, and executive events
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Verify purchase orders, receipts, and invoice details for accuracy. Communicate with vendors on billing discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and reorder as needed.
- Maintain organized and efficient office environment
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High School Diploma

- Position reports to the Plant Manager
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
