Starting Pay at $30 – $35 per hour.
Maximize Your Impact: The Responsibilities You’ll Own:
- Plan, organize, supervise and perform installation, service, repair and preventative
maintenance of all building systems and equipment. Schedule and supervise work done by
outside contractors on building systems. - Document and communicate information regarding building systems and equipment to
Director and all affected departments including installation, repair and preventative
maintenance schedules, equipment breakdowns and safety concerns. - Identify problems related to building systems and equipment. Coordinate and make repairs.
- Respond to and assist in all building, equipment or systems emergency situations involving
the Maintenance department. Other duties as assigned. - Monitor therapy pool and water feature water conditions and maintain records according to
applicable law. - Monitor building temperatures and makes adjustments as necessary.
- Operate, program, troubleshoot and repair fire, security and related equipment.
- Maintain tools, equipment, work area and service vehicle.
Work Requirements:
- Combination of education and experience to equal 5 years in HVAC&R, electrical, plumbing, building maintenance and building automation.
- Ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing.
- Advanced proficiency with computers, BAS software and preventative maintenance software.
- 1st Class Grade C boilers license, Universal refrigerant license, Certified Pool Operator’s license.
- Valid Class D driver’s license may be required with a good driving record.
- Industrial Truck Driving permit may be required (forklift).
- Ability to work in a wide range of climate temperatures, including excessive heat and/or subzero temperatures.
- Proficiency in maintaining safety while handling potential fumes, chemicals, odors, and/or noise.
