Tribal Health LLC is currently looking for a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to recruit qualified healthcare professionals (nurses, physicians, advanced practice professionals) in accordance with the needs and requirements of our current and future clients. 

The Healthcare Recruiter specializes in permanent placement healthcare recruitment across all healthcare disciplines. This role builds long-term, trusting relationships with healthcare professionals by understanding career goals, professional needs, and educating candidates on current healthcare employment trends. The Recruiter advises candidates on the unique value of working with Tribal Health LLC. to successfully place high-quality healthcare professionals into permanent roles that meet client expectations for quality, cultural alignment, and long-term retention. This role partners with internal teams to drive revenue and profitability through successful permanent placements. 


Position Responsibilities

  • Exceed individual daily and weekly KPI goals to consistently source, qualify, and place candidates into permanent healthcare roles. 
  • Plan permanent placement prospecting strategies based on market demand using Salesforce to engage healthcare professionals via phone and email. 
  • Maintain accurate and complete candidate records including licensure, experience, qualifications, and selling points. 
  • Consult with candidates using a relationship-driven, consultative recruiting approach to uncover spoken and unspoken career needs. 
  • Qualify healthcare professionals based on education, licensure, specialty, experience, and cultural fit for permanent placement roles. 
  • Educate candidates on permanent career opportunities, hiring timelines, and long-term career paths. 
  • Drives candidate commitment throughout the recruiting process by ensuring complete and compelling candidate presentations. 
  • Negotiate compensation packages, relocation details, and employment terms to achieve successful and profitable permanent placements. 
  • Present candidate profiles to Account Managers to highlight skills, experience, and cultural alignment. 
  • Partner with internal clinical, quality, and operational teams to deliver a seamless permanent placement experience


 Minimum Mandatory Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Recruiting experience, preferably directly related to healthcare recruitment.
  • Education: Associated degree in business or related field preferred; Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Adobe applications, and Google Docs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar ATS/CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of permanent placement healthcare recruiting processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong consultative, relationship-management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative recruiting team.
  • Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural and language differences.
  • Ability to travel as business needs require.
  • Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
