Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive hourly/base uncapped commission
First-Year Earnings Expectation: $70,000–$100,000 (Salary Commission)

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and engage healthcare professionals using our ATS, job boards, and internal leads.

Conduct proactive outreach to build and maintain a powerful talent pipeline.

Use email and SMS campaigns to spark candidate interest and drive conversions.

Guide candidates through every step of the recruitment cycle—from first contact to placement.

Exceed recruiting and sales goals while contributing to a winning, high-energy team environment.
