This role functions with a great deal of autonomy and requires sound judgment, excellent communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Essential Job Functions

- Develop and maintain HA calendar and task list as assigned
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences and other events
- Attend meetings as needed, onsite, offsite and online
- Maintain meeting agendas and meeting minutes
- Manage projects directly or assist as needed, including but not limited to organizing, planning, and implementation
- Serve as direct point of contact for veterinarians (internal, referring, locums, relief, and candidates), and internal communications
- Assist with financial duties, such as accounts payables
- Manage credit card statements and assist with vendor relationships / communications
- Maintains high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Report to work on time and as scheduled
