**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our House Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the hospital operations during non-administrative hours, ensuring quality nursing care and compliance with treatment plans for patients with mental health and addiction issues.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of entire hospital operation during time when administration is not present
- Performance oversight, schedule maintenance, and education and coaching as needed
- Assistance in conducting department meetings
- Display of thorough nursing knowledge including assessments, treatment planning, discharge and admission procedures, medication distribution and medical care
- Delivery of quality nursing care to ensure goals of treatment plan are properly executed
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age, Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing training
- Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact
- May be required to work flexible hours and overtime
