Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Manager. As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee the operations of a dialysis clinic, ensuring that quality patient care is delivered while maintaining clinical operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Clinic Operations: Collaborate with internal departments, such as Human Resources and Quality, to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Patient Care: Act as a resource for patients and families, addressing concerns and questions.
- Staff Management: Participate in the selection and hiring of new team members, ensure completion of training courses, and provide support for clinical staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- 6 years business operations experience in a healthcare facility.
- 12 months experience in clinical nursing.
- 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
