About the Role
This internship is designed for a college student interested in sports marketing, content creation, and brand growth. The Social Media and Content Coordinator Intern will play a hands-on role in building Triangle Offense’s digital presence while gaining real experience in analytics, branding, and live content production.
This role includes both remote content work and in-gym content capture during select sessions and events.
What You Will Do:
• Create and edit social media content for Instagram and short-form video platforms
• Attend select practices, workouts, or games to capture photo and video content
• Schedule and post content across platforms
• Track analytics and prepare simple reports for internal marketing meetings
• Assist with market research related to ad performance and content strategy
• Respond to inbound social media messages and direct leads to the appropriate party
• Collaborate on creative ideas involving players, coaches, and NIL opportunities
• Contribute new ideas to grow the Triangle Offense brand and community presence

Performance Bonus Structure
Interns are eligible for up to $500 in bonuses based on:
