Triangle Home Services is seeking an experienced and driven Pest Control Division Manager to lead multiple pest control branches across RDU, Charlotte, and Houston. This high-impact leadership role requires a proven ability to develop leaders, drive performance across multiple locations, and build strong, accountable teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, manage, and hold accountable a team of 3–5 Service Managers across multiple branches
Oversee performance across all locations, including revenue growth, retention, efficiency, and profitability
Monitor and manage regional P&L performance, identifying opportunities to improve margins and control costs
Travel regularly to branch locations to conduct ride-alongs, audits, and in-person coaching
Ensure consistent execution of company processes, service standards, and customer experience across all markets
Partner with branch leadership to improve technician performance, routing efficiency, and overall operations
Drive accountability and performance through clear expectations, metrics, and follow-up
Support hiring, training, and development of current and future leaders within the organization
Work with Compliance Manager to ensure state licensing and regulatory requirements are met across multiple regions
Collaborate with executive leadership to support company growth initiatives and strategic goals
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in pest control operations (multi-branch or regional experience preferred)
Proven ability to lead leaders and manage multiple teams across different locations
Strong financial acumen with experience managing and interpreting multi-branch P&L statements
Experience driving revenue growth while improving operational efficiency and profitability
Ability to travel 30–40% and effectively manage teams remotely
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership development skills
Ability to hold teams accountable and have tough, productive conversations
Current North Carolina Pest Control License or ability to obtain
Experience with PestPac or similar CRM/operational systems preferred
