Triangle Grading and Paving, Inc., located in Burlington, N.C., is seeking experienced General Laborers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist with various manual duties under the supervision of our foremen, which may include preparing job sites, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring a safe work environment. Pay is dependent upon experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general constructions labor, including job site clean-up.
- Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
- Help heavy equipment operators when necessary.
- Digging trenches, compacting earth, and backfilling holes.
- Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Following instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
