We are seeking an experienced, hands-on DDC Controls Specialist to join our team in a technical leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial HVAC mechanical systems, building automation systems (BAS), and direct digital controls (DDC).
This position is responsible for the startup, checkout, commissioning, troubleshooting, and successful operation of commercial HVAC control systems. · Verify proper system operation in accordance with mechanical drawings, control diagrams, and sequences of operation.
· Identify and correct control system deficiencies to ensure proper and reliable equipment operation.

· Experience creating or modifying BAS graphical user interfaces.
· Previous experience serving as a lead technician, senior controls specialist, or field technical lead.
· Experience coordinating field installation activities, project schedules, or commissioning efforts.
· Experience working on federal government or military construction projects.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced controls professional who combines strong technical knowledge with practical, hands-on field experience.
We value individuals who are resourceful, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independently identifying and resolving technical problems. The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with equipment and control systems while also providing guidance to other technicians and communicating effectively with customers and contractors.
This position offers the opportunity to take on increasing technical leadership and project coordination responsibilities while remaining actively involved in field operations.
