Asphalt Lute Man

We are currently seeking an asphalt laborer with experience on an asphalt lute to begin work with our company for this asphalt construction season. This is a Full-Time position, which is seasonal (10 months of the year) and weather dependent. A successful applicant will be able to work outside on an asphalt crew, will be able to lift moderately heavy loads and handle a shovel/lute/various tools as required. Ability to grow into greater positions available with experience.

Qualifications:

• Must have the ability and experience to Lute as needed on various projects
• Ability to commute to Lebanon, IN daily for work
• Ability to lift heavy loads (50 pounds)
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Willingness to Listen and adapt to new company initiatives
• Must possess a valid Drivers License, be authorized to work in the US and can pass a drug screen

Preferred:

• Machine operation experience (including skid steer, roller, paver, etc)
• A CDL license is a bonus

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
