We're seeking a motivated, self-directed; Sales Representative to grow existing accounts and develop new business across the region. This is a results-oriented, hands-on role that manages the full sales cycle-from quoting through shipment-working closely with credit, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams.
What you'll do
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: prepare quotes, coordinate orders, track shipments, and resolve post-sale issues.
- Prospect and develop new accounts to expand the territory.
- Maintain and grow relationships with current customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
- Prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel regularly within the territory; based out of the Triad sales office in Columbia City, IN.
What we're looking for
- 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong client relationship skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
