Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and product demos to generate leads and close deals.
  • Manage existing client accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify potential clients through lead generation techniques and develop tailored proposals that meet their needs.
  • knowledge of roofing, siding, and general contracting is a bonus
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • insurance claims knowledge process to Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering technical or product support as needed.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical sales demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Expertise in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with storm Damage and insurance claims are favored .
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to upselling and closing deals.
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication skills for delivering compelling product demos and engaging presentations.
  • Knowledge of territory management principles to optimize coverage and maximize results across assigned regions.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
