Maintain, fix, and troubleshoot wired and wireless network that can
support over 500 devices; Maintain, fix, and troubleshoot Windows, Mac OS, and Chromebook PCs,
Laptops, IPads, and Android devices; Maintain and administer computer networks and related hardware and
software; Manage and configure Windows Severs with active directory; Analyze network consumption and
perform system monitoring; Administer, configure, and maintain email accounts and related applications and
security software; Assist teachers and staff with hardware and software trouble shooting; Design and
configure system hardware including building access system, VOIP system, camera security system, and
PA/Sound system; Administer building card access system; Follow all Board policies; Maintain
confidentiality of all student, parent, and staff information; Other IT related duties as assigned, etc.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Education, Instructional Technology or a related
field. Full-time. Triad Math and Science Academy Co. dba TMSA Triad Elementary School. Greensboro,
