Funding Processor

Below are the basic, essential responsibilities and duties of the position.

• Understanding and reviewing signed loan closing documents for accuracy
• Defecting and gathering missing items from corresponding Dealers, Brokers or Borrowers
• Reviewing and clearing pending conditions and/or sending back needed conditions to underwriter
• Reviewing Hazard and Flood Insurance
• Organize loan package and complete final audit to send to end lender for review
• Timely and accurate data entry into loan tracking system
• Requesting Checks and Loan Balancing
• Scanning Documents into system
• Must maintain close relationships with our manufactured home dealers, Brokers, Borrowers, various Lenders and Vendors
• Perform Related Duties as assigned by Manager
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

•  Loan processing experience recommended but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills and ability to multi-task while maintaining high level of accuracy
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

1 years of experience is preferred. This is a full time role. The hourly pay range is $19 - $21 depending on experience.
