Our client is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee and enhance their Quality Management Systems (QMS). The key focus of this role will be to drive operational excellence by ensuring their products strictly comply with ISO standards, industry regulations, and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Continue to develop, implement, and maintain a robust QMS across all global departments.
- Lead ISO audits and support global compliance initiatives.
- Maintain regulatory documentation, ensuring strict adherence to EHS and radiation safety standards.
- Champion Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve product reliability and reduce defects.
- Lead root cause analysis, CAPA processes, and monitor RMA and MRB activities.
- Establish KPIs, analyze quality data trends, and present reports during quarterly business reviews.
- Conduct supplier audits and build performance scorecards.
- Serve as the primary contact for quality concerns, resolving issues swiftly to maintain strong relationships.
- Train employees on quality principles to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field preferred
- 5 years in a quality role with 2 years as a Quality Manager, ideally within technology or manufacturing.
- Experience in an electromechanical product assembly environment.
- Strong knowledge of QMS, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- ASQ Certified Quality Manager or similar credentials is beneficial
- Willingness to travel to is required
