The Project Superintendent is responsible for enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections, and addressing issues proactively to keep projects on track. Daily tasks include supervising field staff, communicating with project managers and stakeholders, maintaining detailed project documentation, and supporting the bidding and project closeout processes. The role requires consistent presence on job sites in the Fort Worth area, combined with administrative and planning tasks that may be completed remotely.
