We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Coordinator to support our lending operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the central point of contact between clients, loan officers, credit analysts, loan admin and other departments, ensuring timely and accurate loan processing from application through closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between loan officers, clients, underwriters, and processors to gather and verify documentation.
- Track the status of loan applications and ensure all required paperwork is complete and submitted on time.
- Prepare and review loan files to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of loan documents and communication.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and support throughout the loan process.
- Identify and resolve issues or delays proactively.
- Assist in scheduling loan closings and coordinating with title companies or attorneys as needed.
- Update and manage loan origination systems and databases.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1 years of experience in loan processing, coordination, or a related financial services role.
- Familiarity with loan documentation and lending regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
