What You’ll Do:

- Recommend system upgrades (tankless conversions, capacity increases, efficiency improvements)
- Educate homeowners and confidently guide them to the right solution
- Provide upfront pricing and close jobs on-site
- Deliver clean, professional installations and a strong customer experience
- Manage your calls efficiently to maximize daily production
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven residential plumbing experience, with strong water heater install background
- Experience with tankless systems and conversions preferred
- Comfortable working in a performance-based / commission-driven environment
- Ability to diagnose, quote, and close replacement work in the home
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to earn
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
