Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing, providing support to both teams.
- Dispatch and route 15–25 representatives across 9 states, ensuring timely service and operational efficiency.
- Track and report daily production metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Manage production spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision.
- Answer inbound phone calls, addressing inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with a second dispatcher to maximize efficiency and improve workflow.
- Provide ongoing support to Sales and Marketing teams, adapting to their needs and priorities.
- Strong ability to read maps and follow directions.
- Proficient typing and data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturday mornings.
