Cleaning and Remediation Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking individual to join our team. Responsibilities will include carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold remediation, attic work, and a variety of other specialty cleaning and restoration services. Experience is helpful but not required; we are willing to train the right person.

Duties

- Drive to and from job sites in company vehicles.

-Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.

-Document work completed and equipment used.

- Communicate with office staff, customers and clients.

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work sites and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Gather materials needed for a job, load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.

- Operate hand and power tools.

- Tear out and/or clean affected building materials due to water, fire or mold damage.

- Assist in perform general carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting and installation of building materials.

- Work in small spaces at times like attics and crawl spaces to complete tasks.

- Clean workspaces in detail.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be able to work in small spaces like attics and crawl spaces.

This position can be physically demanding at times and requires attention to detail, as well as the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. One day, you may be cleaning carpets, the next, be cleaning up from sewer damage in a crawlspace. Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
