Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties.
Duties
- General cleaning of the building, keeping it maintained and in good condition.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Cleaning and stocking of restrooms.
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning products.
- Follow strict cleaning protocols and adhere to safety and confidentiality policies.
- Perform regular mopping, sweeping, dusting
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary. Ability to use a backpack vacuum is a must.
- A valid driver's license may be required for positions involving travel between locations.
- Ability to speak English
