Responsibilities
- Fabricate metal components using various welding techniques and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Operate machinery such as press brake machines, drill press, saws, and torch tables as required for fabrication.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards throughout the fabrication process.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication, particularly with sheet metal.
- Familiarity with tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to welding and fabrication.
- Ability to adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
