We are seeking a detailed-oriented and organized Service/Warehouse Coordinator for our team in Charleston, SC. This position is responsible for the efficient and daily operations of the warehouse as well as the intake of service calls.
Key Responsibilities:
· Intake of service calls for our current customers
· Assist with the scheduling of service calls
· Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
· Validate service calls for valid warranty repairs or billable services
· Integrate with Sales for service-related quotes
· Warranty tracking
· Shipping and Receiving
· Inventory control
· Execute RMA's
· Stagging of materials for current projects
· Material tracking
· Maintain and conduct inventory of fleet vehicles, tools, materials and equipment
· Maintaining service fleet
· Warehouse management
Qualifications:
· Experience in low voltage or construction trade
· Basic inventory management knowledge
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
· Attention to detail
· Maintain a professional image and ensure work quality meets company standards
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
